Refunds and Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds. 

Our items are fragile! We can proudly say that we make quality glass pendants, however, glass by nature can not be made indestructible.

Please understand that photographing borosilicate glass is very similar to photographing prism; in that it can refract light in multiple directions. For this reason, the same piece can appear completely different depending on the light and angle of the photo. All of our photo’s are of the actual piece you receive (no stock photo’s here!) and we do our best to convey a very true image of every piece but the colors are always dependent upon the pieces lighting.

Damaged or lost Shipments

If your order was lost or damaged by USPS please let us know immediately by sending us an email at contact@gyroglass.com with pictures of the damage if that’s the case. Feel free to call us at (248) 387-9812 too. Out of the hundreds of orders we’ve shipped so far I haven’t had a single pendant broken by USPS but things happen. I’ll file a claim with USPS and make things right for you with a replacement or reimbursement.
